Those who are familiar with the work of Charlotte Iserbyt will be interested in knowing that there will be a Requiem funeral mass held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Newcastle, Maine in honor of her husband, Jan Iserbyt, who recently passed on to his heavenly reward. He succumbed to cancer in a long lingering death.

The mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008, and burial will be followed at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. A reception will follow from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at 519 River Road, Dresden, Maine 04342 to celebrate Jan’s life.

Jan was always so supportive of the great work Charlotte has been doing while she exposed what has happened to our government, and in particular the education system. Jan also held up bravely throughout his illness, as did Charlotte and her children. This family is truly one of the greatest American families of our time. Charlotte has been a devoted Constitutionalist, public speaker, writer, and whistle blower. She is the author of a fabulous book called “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America” in which she blew the whistle on government activities in the Department of Education. Charlotte has held up remarkably brave throughout this tragedy.
