RESISTANCE IS A NATURAL CONSEQUENCE

From 1967 to the present time, the California

legislature has worked steadily to erode the Second

Amendment in the Bill of Rights and to gradually

disarm the citizens with increasing anti-gun

legislation.

The Second Amendment forbids this. The Second

Amendment cannot lawfully be infringed. It can not be

repealed. The legislature is operating outside of the power

granted to them. They are circumventing the Constitution.

Deliberate knowledge and intent by representatives of

the people to exceed the limits placed upon them

is tantamount to tyranny in government.

As a consequence of such deliberate action

by the

representatives, the people have been forced into

a position of resistance to tyranny.
