WE ARE ARMED, BECAUSE WE ARE A REPUBLIC

In the Los Angeles area of California, a talk show hostess* has been attempting to brainwash listeners into believing how wonderful it is in Great Britain because guns have been taken away from the people.  Her pitch is that it reduces crime.  A quote by Henry Kissinger is also floating around in which he presumably has stated that by September 2009 American civilians will be disarmed!  What are the think-tanks now planning in order to create their desired climate for ‘change’, which will persuade many people to go along with the gun call in?  Numerous efforts are being made to demoralize the people, break down their resistance, and declare a general government order calling for all the population to surrender their firearms.  Shallow-minded Americans, oblivious of their inheritance, may willingly surrender their personal firearms.  It is time to strengthen the resolve of those Americans who do appreciate what the founding fathers achieved for us, as a result of the War for Independence.  Not only do we keep and bear arms for self-preservation, “The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”….Thomas Jefferson.  The following additional quotes should be constantly read on every talk show throughout the nation to bring certain people back to their common sense:

“The real joy and beauty of living in a Republic is that the people themselves are in charge of maintaining their liberty, but they can only do this, and fulfill their obligation, by remaining an armed nation! Unless they possess the proper tools, they cannot uphold their liberty!  Who has any authority to support legislation which obtrudes upon this duty?  Does it make any sense whatsoever for the people to provide a salary for any public official who supports legislation which infringes upon the peoples' right to arms, and obtrudes in the peoples' essential duty?”

“Let Mr. Madison tell me when did liberty ever exist when the sword and the purse were given up from the people?  Unless a miracle shall interpose, no nation ever did, nor ever can retain its liberty after the loss of the sword and the purse.”…Patrick Henry

“Guard with jealous attention the public liberty.  Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel.  Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force and whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined.”…..Patrick Henry

To combat the damage being done by the KLAA hostess, please get on your own local talk show, as well as KLAA, and constantly drive home the point with these quotes telling that we are armed because we are a Republic, and we intend to stay that way!
