Dear Friends:
Some of you already know that I have been sending around the document printed by the State of California, called “The Politics of Change in Local Government Reform” (also known as the “Houlihan Plan” or the “Houlihan Report”) to alert any-and-every-body concerned about the deliberate plan by government to collapse the states, the Constitutional government, and bringing the nation under total bankruptcy. A lot of damage can happen after that since Geo H W Bush signed Executive Order 12803 which allows the whole infrastructure of our counties to be sold to buyers! (Check it out!) When it occurs, the government will pretend that all of this has accidentally “just happened”! Nevertheless, they put out a secret document – an official government printed document listing 5 methods that the socialists can use to bring our country to a close. All 5 methods are in varying degrees of operation.
I send a copy of the El Dorado County Resolution out with every copy of the Houlihan Plan I mail out (and loads are out in the hands of activists) because it proves the authenticity of the report. The people could stop it from happening if they knew the why’s and wherefore’s of this depression now happening to us. Why companies are moving out of the United States, etc. The El Dorado County supervisors read the report, and protested what the government was up to when they first learned of this plan back in 1974. They put a damper on the effort by issuing their resolution summarizing and exposing what was planned. They sent their resolution around to all the other counties in California to alert them of this dangerous planning by government officials. The El Dorado County resolution summarizes the full Houlihan document of almost two hundred pages, and it makes it easier for people to go through the study, read for themselves on Pages 132-133, and warn others that certain factions have been planning to bring the United States to an end by economic tragedy, the like of which is now occurring. The El Dorado Resolution is attached here at the end of the letter which I sent to Governor C.L.Otter of Idaho. Hoping that he may be a loyal American, I took a chance and sent the document to Gov Otter, since he was the first to sign showing State resistance against the ObamaHealth Care legislation, with the intent to sue the federal government over the changes the HealthCare legislation will make in the system. If anyone wants a full copy of the Houlihan Report, send ten dollars postage money and I will mail you a copy. Parts of it are already posted on my website.
The pieces are all coming together. The Obama HealthCare legislation could finish the U.S.A. off financially. Bankruptcy could easily be brought about. No country wants to loan us money, and we have already borrowed beyond belief! The United Nations could take over the United States lock stock and barrel, which is part of the plan. The regional government world system is already built and ready to take this country over under its control. We have been in Ten Standard Federal Regions designed by the United Nations ever since Nixon did us up in E.O. 11647. We have consigned our total armed forces to the United Nations under Public Law 87-297. We have signed in for the Human Rights Treaties which replaces our Bill of Rights, the world court, etc. etc. Recently, Obama named “ten governors” — each assigned — one to each of the existing 10 regions which is where he resides –that does not bode well for America. The intent of regions is a replacement for the states. The intent of the regions from the onset was to abolish the states. Well, just as soon as the Obama Administration can get the guns away from the people here in the United States, the procedure under the Department of Peace could transfer the United States permanently under United Nations full authority.
Taking the guns away has not happened yet on a big scale, but they have been setting the stage with their deceptive planning to disarm the nation. For example, refer to the “Page 340″ maneuver (done years ago) to declare that the people gave their permission for the government to prohibit all privately owned handguns, and “the people approved of a surrender agency to collect them up” — (not true, of course, but all of which is a part of Page 340 already engineered planning! The Law Enforcement Assistance Administration lined up THAT scheme some years ago, waiting for the time they needed to use it to disarm Americans. The L.E.A.A. planned that. They engineered Page 340 by which people supposedly gave their permission to surrender guns. Of course, it is a lie, the real people never did consent to such a thing, but that paper arrangement can be used before or after they place a ban on all guns and go after all citizen owned guns via the upcoming “Small Arms Treaty”. The gungrabbers will CLAIM the people did consent. It is a long story on how they figured to use that bogus agreement. Nevertheless, it exists! If the “Small Arms Treaty” does get signed by Obama with the United Nations, the U.N. will send in foreign troops from all over the world to assist Obama, and they will go house-to-house!! Not a good scenario. The entire system of Constitutional government, and the Bill of Rights will be declared extinct. They will have many foreign soldiers to help them. This is why the planning for collapsing our government needs to be exposed.
Obama could get some different instructions from the think-tanks and the tax-free foundations that give him his marching orders. They may decide to collapse the entire economic system first, call for martial law, then take the guns, and then sign the Small Arms Treaty after that. The Health Care legislation is enough to cause the economy to sink, added to our already shaky financial condition. A collapse like that alone would be an excuse to put us under martial law, even though we would try to stop it . We could be told that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are extinct because we are bankrupt and the system has collapsed on itself. They would demand that we disarm and turn in all privately owned firearms. So it all works together. They would then use the false “permission of the people to disarm themselves”.
All this is the reason I took a chance and sent Gov. Otter a letter with a full copy of the Houlihan Plan sent to him. Another person in government (Devin Nunes), a California Congressman, who was outraged at what was happening in the Obama Health Care situation has also been sent a full copy of the Houlihan Plan. Nunes has all the same extra sheets, El Dorado County resolution that Gov. Otter has. The fury over the Health Care was the right time to put the Houlihan document into the hands of some government officials who just might be loyal. You can never tell who is for real, but as bad off as we are now, the chance had to be taken. So please try to understand that. It is true that the plan started way back, but they were stopped by El Dorado County for a spell. In 1994 I sent the Houlihan Plan around again to all counties in California. That stymied them again. The Plan is nationwide now. I hope I have made sense in this rushed letter. Try to co-ordinate these pages and get the word around that the depression and a collapse of our government is planned. Please make sense out of the letter to Gov. Otter first and then read the El Dorado Resolution. Let’s see what these two representatives can or will do to help us (Nunes and Otter).
